Service Description

Do you need a stronger and even quieter bathroom exhaust fan or want to update the look from a builder grade version? Exhaust fans are key to remove moisture from shower areas and reduce the risk of mold / mildew. This service includes removal of a ceiling exhaust fan and installation of a new customer provided unit. Installation to be performed per manufacturer specs, which may include cutting out ceiling location to adapt to a slightly larger unit, and unit will be connected to existing electrical and venting. Rerouting of ducting to exterior, drywall repair, or painting is not expected, and if required, is a separate charge. Labor only. $50 reservation fee will be applied to the final amount. Upon request, WAHS can supply an upgraded CFM exhaust fan (non-builder grade).

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. No-show appointments will forfeit the $50 reservation fee. An authorized adult / homeowner must be home.
