Service Description

Installation of a new ceiling fan in place of an existing light fixture or ceiling fan. Includes disposal of old fan. Customer must supply the ceiling fan. Labor only. Modification of the existing ceiling electrical box for support is not expected, and if required, is an additional charge. Installations with a ceiling height over 14 ft. from the floor require a quote, please contact us. Drywall repair or painting are not included. $50 reservation fee will be applied to the final amount.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. No-show appointments will forfeit the $50 reservation fee. An authorized adult / homeowner must be home.
