Service Description

Installation of a new ceiling fan in place of an existing light fixture or ceiling fan. Includes disposal of old fan. Customer must supply the ceiling fan. Labor only. Modification of the existing ceiling electrical box for support is not expected, and if required, is an additional charge. Installations with a ceiling height over 13 ft. from the floor require a quote, please contact us. Drywall repair or painting are not included.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. No-show appointments will incur a $49 fee. An authorized adult / homeowner must be home.
