Service Description

Whether you are looking to update door hardware or change out locks in a new home, this service includes replacement of an existing lockset assembly for up to 2 doors. Existing hardware trim will be removed, handle set, cylinder and strike plate - to be replaced with new. Strike plate to be adjusted for secure closing. Does not include modifying door backset, cutting new cylinder bore or strike plate mortises. Replacement hardware cost not included. All work to be completed on door in installed location.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. No-show appointments will incur a $49 fee. An authorized adult / homeowner must be home.
