Service Description

Keep your home in top condition with a maintenance visit. The maintenance list consists of: - Replace furnace air filter for up to 2 units with a new MERV 11 or higher rated filter* - Clean kitchen garbage disposal - Test smoke detectors / carbon monoxide detectors and replace batteries as needed - Tighten loose door hardware - Clean exterior dryer vent duct (buildup of lint is a fire risk and reduces dryer efficiency) - Check for leaks under kitchen and bathroom sinks - Check and clean faucet aerator for any fixtures that seem lower flow than normal (if removable) - Check home water pressure to ensure it is within spec PSI range - Other (if time permits) * Filters are an additional cost or must be supplied by customer. Please provide filter sizes in the booking form notes.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. No-show appointments will incur a $49 fee. An authorized adult / homeowner must be home.
