Service Description

Depending on the toilet tank related issue, includes removal and replacement of fill and flush assemblies, and tank gasket. Water level will be adjusted as necessary and verify a leak free operation. Labor only. Please provide further details in the booking form for toilet brand as well as whether water is constantly running or leaking from tank (or both).

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. No-show appointments will incur a $49 fee. An authorized adult / homeowner must be home.
